Introduction of Facility

This project includes a office which has over 3,300m² floor plate with perfect BCP, rental residences, shops and restaurants. In addition, Izumi garden which next to the project has a hotel, a fitness club, an event hall and a museum. These two will create a new city in Roppongi.

※Printing floor as well as conceptual diagram show actual completion of building. (Estimated completion is October, 2018. The completion period may be changed by the construction situation).
Please note that the picture is not a point of current stage of March, 2017. And then, directly connected underground passage to Izumi Garden Tower will be closed while under consrtuction from July of 2017 to October of 2018. A wide-open floor plan with over 3,300m² and an extra-efficient layout.

  • With a uniform depth of approx. 17m, the floor plan supports a wide range of office styles.
  • Each floor is outfitted with 12 access doors. The common corridor around the inner circumference of the rental space also reduces the amount of rental space that needs to be dedicated to hallways.

Produces a Strong Integration Effect
Normal office space is inefficient due to the dispersion of buildings and building floors, as well as suboptimal floor shape/layout and other factors. Concentrating offices in a commodious, approx. 3,300m² open space provides an approx. 15-30% integration effect. (*Based on case studies from our company's building tenants.)

Creates a Sense of Spaciousness.

  • Ceiling Height: 3m / Window Height: 2.7m.
  • Natural lighting on all sides creates brightly lit workspace.
